A guide to using OurStory
- 1. Our Story Create timelines by adding photographs and videos, writing text and choosing your own design layout. It’s an effective and visually appealing way to recount past, present, personal and historical events that have happened throughout the world.
- 2. Creating Presentations Upload Photo’s Upload images from your computer, Flickr or Yahoo Image search. Upload 3 at a time for your presentation.
- 3. Categories Choose from 35 different groupings for your timeline. Drop and drag the group you choose into your timeline. Drag
- 4. Timeline Select a category and then set it in the appropriate time slot. Once you have chosen a category, fill in details on why it coordinates with the image and date you have chosen.
- 5. Text Write a story, or description that coordinates with the image you have chosen for your timeline. Choose a date when the image occurred.
- 6. Extras Add friends and family to your ‘Our Story’ account’ and they will be able to view and comment on the timelines you create. Create a book, DVD or postcard out of your timeline.
