We can easily find a lot of data to know better our environment and better define our action We can use new tools and methods (digital development, design, behavioural insight, collaborative work etc.) Do we know how and when to use it? Do we have the good leaders • to manage all those tools • Who are able to make emerge collective intelligence and good public policies? • Who know enough about cognitive biases not to make the same errors as before • Who measure or make measured the impact of the results of their public policies ?
