This paper presents a new algorithm for MIMO decoder systems that uses a Bit Split and Interleaved Channel coding approach to improve bit error rate (BER) performance in wireless communications. By implementing a reconfigurable joint detection and decoding (JDD) scheme with embedded transition inversion (ETI), it demonstrates significant enhancements in BER across different modulation techniques and code rates. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, highlighting its potential for real-world applications in enhancing spectral efficiency and reducing complexity.
