  • #10: We need to learn and relearn continuously! Many people think agile is easy.
  • #11: Both are required! But in transformation training is not enough!
  • #14: He is just an employee, and he wants to be saved
  • #15: He is just a proxy! Not really understand product Has no vision
  • #16: ScrumMaster là người kỹ thuật, team building khó, do đó, hình mấu hay nhất là một người vui vẻ, có tư duy quản lý, socialize tốt.
  • #17: Dev khá đóng, nên tư một trong những việc đầu tiên là làm cho người ta open. Nên tàng kỹ thuật chưa tốt, nên việc thiết kế khó test, khó incremental. Không có hệ thống infrastructure CI, automation test==> rất khó làm incremental.m
