World University and School (WUaS) aims to develop a universal translator as a cognitive system, facilitating learning in over 1,329 languages and enhancing machine translation, machine learning, and natural language processing. Founded by Scott MacLeod in 2008, WUaS seeks collaborators to create and fund relevant projects, including standardized guidebooks and tests for education. The initiative also encompasses a focus on cultural understanding and machine conversation, with potential applications in diverse fields and scenarios.
