This document discusses the simulation and static analysis of an off-road vehicle roll cage, emphasizing the importance of structural integrity for passenger safety during impacts. Utilizing ANSYS software, various impact scenarios such as frontal, side, rollover, bump, and torsional impacts were analyzed to determine deformation and stresses on the roll cage structure, ensuring compliance with safety standards. The findings highlight the effectiveness of finite element analysis in optimizing roll cage design and enhancing safety features for SAE Baja competition vehicles.
