The Accelerated Learning Project (ALP) was developed to improve the success rates of students in developmental education at the Community College of Baltimore County. ALP has shown significant results, doubling the success rate and cutting the attrition rate in half compared to traditional models, while also being more cost-effective. The program is expanding to various institutions planning to offer ALP sections in the near future.
