- 2. The entire IT investment which is worth in Lakhs of Rupees. Is finally done, only for the Data which it generates. Data could be Accts. / ERP, Quotes (Word & Excel files), Emails, Business Presentations, etc. etc.
- 3. So safe-guarding this Data should be the most critical activity for any Business.
- 4. Servers (Email server, Data server etc.) Critical Desktops / Laptops (e.g. Director’s PC etc.) There should also be a system for, Disaster Recovery (i.e. even in case of extreme acts of God like, Fire, Earthquake, Flood, etc.) Data Backup should be done for,

- 8. Completely Human Dependant No assurance in absence or sudden departure of the Individual who takes the Backup. i.e. Only when you actually loose the data then you Check whether the Data backup was proper or not ?? Risk of entire Data being exposed to Individual & in his absence to others also.
- 11. So there can be 6 sets in one week, which ensures that at the most, only 3 day’s data lost. Compare with today’s data loss situation Can have multiple copies for prevention of Data loss due to Virus infection. Pre-defined schedule, (can be Daily or even Multiple times in same day).

Supports Multiple copies, (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) Takes Full as well as Incremental Backup Needs minimum monitoring Supports RAID / Mirroring within the BOX ( i.e. even if the HDD where the backup is taken fails, there is a backup of that also. Supports backup of upto 5 PC’s / Servers. (For more than 5 PC’s, we need to add AMS backup along with Backup Box).
- 15. Can be configured at any remote location, either Home / Head Office / Branch Office. Needs only one additional Box Works thru Internet on Daily incremental basis First time full data replication can be done on- site, (to save time & bandwidth)
