- 1. What is a FMS ENGINEER?What is an IT MANAGER? Facility management services FMS ensures that the customer’s equipments are in top operational condition and that they are receiving services in a prompt and organized manner. The information technology manager is the person who oversees all aspects of managing and processing information for technology- related issues and the decisions that drive technology programs.
- 2. Technical Scalability • IT MANAGER: Is knowledgeable, but will have its own limitations as per technology updations. • FMS ENGINEER : Company related, hence has a good source of IT knowledge .Company can depute another extra specialized technical person, whenever required for any technical related problems from server level to technical consultancy. LATEST TECHNOLOGY IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.
- 3. Preventative / PC Maintenance • IT MANAGER: No preventive Maintenance will be given. • FMS ENGINEER : Every effort will be made to conduct periodic maintenance of PC’s/Servers/Printers and peripherals. Preventive Maintenance will be done once a quarter. Preventive Maintenance keeps the systems in good running condition for a longer time.

Full time Presence • IT MANAGER: If on leave for 1 day or more than 1 day, technical issues are stranded, have to wait, till he comes back.If resigned, to recruit as per the job profile + new setup training to be given. • FMS ENGINEER : Company responsible to send a standby engineer + work is never stranded even if the engineer is changed due to any reason. The company is responsible for deputing senior engineers for calls not completed by the Resident Engineer. 100% consistency & continuity is available full time.
- 5. Consultancy • IT MANAGER: Consultancy as per experience will be given • FMS ENGINEER : Consultancy for resolution of persisting IT (hardware, Network ) related problem + optimizing resources + proper backup solution + Internet Security product + for each & every IT related problems. Free Consultancy not only experience based but also with CASE STUDY REPORTS.

Cost • IT MANAGER: Rs 180000p.a + one month leave + Bonus + fringe benefits (mobile+ traveling) = Rs 222000p.a only for the consultancy & day to day cost .Additional cost for specialized services required throughout the year from 3rd party. • FMS ENGINEER : Rs. 180000 p.a includes not only FMS Services + Maintenance Cost of the full setup. This is a one time fixed cost contract and covers everything for CAMC from engineer service, visit, cost of parts replaced, travel, boarding, lodging, food expenses etc. to any of the sites mentioned ,therefore no extra invoice will be raised .
