Modified Fish Bowl… A way to collect and reflect on the thinking of the group… Some guidelines… 1.Two seats generally remain empty 2.People move in and out of the fishbowl 3.Give airtime priority to those who step in… 4.Questions are important, and don’t always require answers. 5.Consciously self-monitor airtime: •Brevity matters •Once you’ve spoken, allow at least 2-3 others to speak… •Be aware of the “traffic” in and out of the fishbowl
