Zero Phase: Deep Dive
Agreed Upon Pre-Project Planning
Objectives. Define aims, objectives, and outcomes as much as possible
Resources. Identify up front potential human resources, budgets, etc.
Priorities. Given objectives & required resources, how does this project fare as a strategic priority?
Planning. Develop overall plan for the project for discussion to clarify and further adjust
Approvals. This is all done in advance of moving to a system to manage.
Defining the Project
• What is the project?
• Who wants it?
• Who does the work?
• What is the time frame?
• What resources have been allocated?
• What are the knowns and unknowns?
• How do you manage communications?
• How is the work done and managed?
