The automotive industry
transformation is happening now. 
Today's cars are need to be
connected  to offer emergency
roadside assistance, get real-time car
monitoring alerts etc., but this just
the start, it has more applications in
coming future.
The automobile industry is on to
move to self-driving automobile
industry, and the driving force behind
this is the Internet of Things (IoT).

Our Project is entitled under managing vehicle functionality
For this we need to capture data from sensors
The vehicle functionality will be controlled remotely by user.

A R C H I T E C T U R E
The project is about using CAN Bus along with
transceivers to detect sensor data. 
The data collected is sent to gateway beagle bone
black which collects the data and is sent to server.
Server runs on cloud Amazon AWS. 
The implementation can be seen on an ionic app by
end user which accesses through server on cloud.

locations where bandwidth is limited. 
MEAN is a free and open-source JavaScript software stack for
building dynamic web sites and web applications. The MEAN
stack is MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, and Node.js

The CANBUS applications is not limited to cars in
vehicles but we can extend its applications to ships,
air crafts.  
Since it takes only a pair of twisted cables to
communicate among multiple nodes, it has its
applications in artificial limbs

This project when implemented in real time
environment would gather more sensor data
Data analytics can be deployed on each machine.
The project can be enhanced for over the air
hardware updates.
Remotely controlling cars can help in preventing
accidents as the cars can also be monitored over
cloud and hence traced.
The data collected can be used to analyse the
behaviour of the driver.
