2. CONCEPT DESIGN
Create the first draft of the blueprint to collect feedbacks and identifying
the related constraints.

Create the final blueprint to get all the needed approvals (ex: regulatory)

of the expected works and the related expected costs.

Not all the areas need to be covered, as well not all activities may be necessary.
AgileBIM introduces the concept of Metagoal, a knowledge base to
highlight the common activities of a Construction project.
Each Metagoal consists of several Areas of Intervention that are
