This document presents a project report on the analysis and characterization of high-density on-chip switched-capacitor power converters designed for energy efficiency in microsystems using 130nm technology. The focus is on the design, optimization, and implementation of an auto-reconfigurable switched-capacitor DC-DC power converter to maintain high power density while addressing challenges like power consumption, efficiency, and area. The study includes a methodology for utilizing adaptive control systems for voltage regulation and minimizing area while simultaneously achieving high output power through innovative circuit designs.
