This document analyzes and compares the structural behavior of three different G+2 mono-column buildings with the same plan area of 1000 sq ft but with different plan configurations: rectangular, pentagonal, and circular. The buildings are modeled and analyzed using STAAD Pro software according to Indian seismic design standards. The results show that the rectangular mono-column building experiences the highest displacement of 83.78mm under loading, while the circular building has the lowest displacement of 41.07mm. In general, displacement, bending moment, and shear force values are lowest for the circular building and highest for the rectangular building among the three configurations analyzed.
