SECTION B : Structure & Function This is where you  see what you have  captured using  your camera This is where you see the captured frames This is where you can play your clip to have a look
Click on the Capture Resolution under the Animation Viewer For VCD – 640 X 480 For Webpage – 320 X 240 For today we will use 640 X 480 SECTION B : Structure & Function
Every time you capture a frame, Animaker will inform you how many frames have to capture per click 1 second – 24 frames SECTION B : Structure & Function
SECTION B :  Practical A example – The Book Worm  Let us do some hands-on to understand the software better.   Step 1 : make the worm  Step 2 : Place the worm into the filming area Step 3 : Make sure no shadows in the area Step 4: No hands in the area before you click capture frame Next  Back  Home  End section A section B section C section D
SECTION C :  Where can I get more ideas to improve my story? 1. Adapt an existing story 2. Alter an existing story 3. Personal experiences 4. Create a simple conflict 5. Newspapers, magazines, history books 6. Play the “ What If ” game 7. Picture your favorite joke Next  Back  Home  End section A section B section C section D
Story Boarding  : The Basic Story Structure 1 – Premise 1. Where does the story take place?  2. Describe the appearance of the place.  3. What time does the story takes place?  4. Who or what are your character(s)?  5. Describe the appearance of your character(s).  6. Describe the personality of your character(s).  7. Which is your main character(s)? With emotion would the audience be concerned with him/her/it?  * Remember that if you fail to portray your character(s) in a way that makes the audience concerned about them emotionally, your story have lost nearly half the appeal.  -  Example
Story Boarding  : The Basic Story Structure 2 – Conflict Who or which is the protagonist(s)? What is the protagonist(s) doing?  Who or which is the antagonist(s)?  How does the antagonist get in the way of the protagonist?  What enables the antagonist to oppose the protagonist?  Why does the antagonist go against the protagonist in the first place?  How is the protagonist affected by the opposition of the antagonist?  How does the protagonist respond to the antagonist?  * Good stories usually consist of not only a single act of conflict, but two or three more that happen one after another, each more dramatic than the one before, finally leading up to the crisis. What happens in your story?
Story Boarding  : The Basic Story Structure 3 – Crisis After repeated clashes, how does the protagonist feel?  How does the antagonist feel?  Who seems to be gaining an edge at this moment?  Who decides to put an end to the conflict (or the opponent)? What does he/she/it do to accomplish that?
Story Boarding  : The Basic Story Structure 4 – Climax Is the initiation to resolve the conflict successful? If it was not successful, how instead is the conflict resolved?  What does the protagonist gain and/or lose? What changes are brought about in him and/or his environment? What does the antagonist gain and/or lose? What changes are brought about in him and/or his environment
