Thread: Article: top 3 awesome computer gadgets from the 2011 CES 0diggsdigg 1. 01-11-2011 #1 Oct 2009 Location Virginia Posts 2,350 Liked 69 times Blog Entries 3 top 3 awesome computer gadgets from CES So 2011's CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Vegas had a lot of new gadgets presented, these included 3D TVs, new laptop designs, special edition gaming consoles and the list goes on. Since practically everyone here uses a PC for a good bit of their gaming I am just going to go over what IMO are the best computer gadgets presented at the CES are, if you disagree with this it would be wonderful if you could tell us why you disagree and show something that you think is superior I always enjoy seeing other peoples opinions as it isnt possible for me to see things from every angle. http://desktopcomputer.origingadgets.com/ So my top gadget for CES was definitely the Razer switchblade it is about the size of an average netbook PC with a touch display and an adaptable keyboard it adjusts as your game changes to fit the controls, so unlike needing to search your keyboard for W in that sea of letters you just look for the small forward arrow pictured this also applies to games such as WOW as demonstrated in the picture the individual keys display their corresponding spells/powerups/whatever they are called. With 3g support, portability and a processor capable of handling pretty much any game you can get your hands on this is definitely on my list of must haves. No news on when the release date is we dont even have a promise it will be produced but with the widespread popularity it received if razer doesnt pick up on this project soon its bound to get stolen. http://gaminglaptop.origingadgets.com/ Coming in a close second is the Razer Hydra So they are pretty much just wii like controllers for a PC giving you all the functionality without the hefty and very unportable console, according to Razer the readings are in fact far more accurate then with the game systems due to a low frequency magnetic field used to track movements.
