Analyse two television adverts (No.5 Film and Beyonce Heat).
How effective are they in selling their products?
P – In the beginning of advert 1 (No.5 Film) an establishing shot was used to set the
scene.
E – In the shot, we can see Roderigo perched in the C (for CHANEL) overlooking the
city.
A – This is effective in selling the perfume because the audience are instantly
introduced to the branding of the product and the use of celebrity endorsement.
L- The advert is a hybrid of short film and advert which sells the exclusive product to
Chanel customers.
