Among the sub-sectors, the contribution of the manufacturing sector is the highest in GDP. Pharma industry in manufacturing sector is rising swiftly. This research report is prepared to realize the significance of Pharma industry with numbers of matters analysis like industry’s structure, major players in market, major products, contribution in GDP, trends in industry and key factors of success in Pharma industry. As a real illustration, Beximco Pharmaceutical Ltd is analyzed with company profile, market position, financial analysis and recent updates. The Beximco Pharma is the 3rd largest company in Pharma industry. With lots of key success it has some gap in quite success factors area. It has big share market but it is growing not positively than other less share marketed Pharma companies are growing very fast. It can expand its products line bring new categories medicine like herbal, nutraceutical and ayurvedic or allopathic medicine within 6 months to 1 year as these medicines’ treatment has practice in Bangladesh and has large demand among mid-level to poor level people and export in the globe. It can stand as like garments industry with qualified products and revolutionary change in medicine industry through core concentration and powerful analysis in medical world rest of thousand coming years
