What I didn't
see before!
  Nasim Farsinia
Where did I go?
- I went to a shopping mall, sat on a bench in
front of 5 different stores and then I went to
store in the street.
- I spend on average 20 min for each store.
- I had already went shopping in all of the
stores.
What was interesting?
Summary of observations:
● There's most of the times a pretty girl in the
   cash.
● Women pay attention to men's section but
   men don't even bother glancing.
● You lose a lot by looking
too fancy for the price of
items you sell!
Shoe Stores
● Tags underneath the shoes means people
have to touch them and get to know them!
● Handbags being high up are being
  ignored.
● Kids shoes at the
  back.
The Fancy Store
● Most of the customers are older men.
● Organized by brand.
● It takes a very long time for the customers
to pick something. A lot of chitchat
  involved.
Lonely Store in the Street
● Doors closed
  because of the cold
● All glass windows
  for complete
  visibility.
● Items will be
  delivered later.
Potential Opportunities:Tips
● Items should be accessible in the store,
most people don't see or are too shy to
  ask for an out-of-reach item.
● The more expensive your items are, the
more you need to entertain the customer.
Potential buyers are probably rich, old,
  and bored.
● Complements always help, but try to be
  honest.
● Make sure most of the store is visible from
outside and having fake customers inside
