This document proposes a blockchain framework to curb corruption related to public funds embezzlement in developing countries. A group of students developed a system using blockchain technology to authenticate and track government benefits. The system has three user types - Admin, Sub-admin and Guest. Sub-admins can add transaction details which are authenticated and stored in an immutable blockchain. Guests can view records and report issues. The goal is to increase transparency, reduce corruption and ensure funds reach intended beneficiaries.
