• Definition of “Authenticity”
• Cultivating Authenticity through simple daily practices
• The power of Gratitude in cultivating Authenticity
• The power of genuine Passion
In philosophy, the conscious self is seen as coming to terms with being in a
material world and with encountering external forces, pressures and
influences which are very different from, and other than, itself.

Authenticity is the degree to which one is true to one's own personality, spirit,
or character, despite these pressures.

Passion and Purpose together act as the compass
                                    toward Authenticity in business.

                     “Know thyself.” ~ Socrates
“Where talents and the needs of the world cross, therein lies your vocation.”
                     ~ Aristotle
“Many men go fishing all of their lives without knowing it is not fish they are
                     after.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
"Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who
looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens." ~ Carl Jung
“The greatest use of life is to spend it for something that outlasts it.”
                     ~ William James

                     • reported a more optimistic rating of one’s life
