The Avaya SBM24 Button Module provides 24 additional lines for incoming calls, outgoing calls, and calling features on Avaya telephones. It is compatible with various Avaya phone models running IP Office R6.0 or higher and Communication Manager R4.0 or higher, allowing up to three modules per phone or 42 modules per system. The module adds extra lines and features to supported Avaya phones.
