Shukrullah Ibrahimkhail holds professional certifications from

degrees in technology; augmented about 10 years in the ICT

Ahmad Wali | business development executive
Wali has a career spanning over 10 years in senior management
roles in engineering, enterprise training and assessment, learning
management, human capital planning and general management
with different international organization, Kabul Afghanistan.
Based in our Kabul office, Wali is responsible for our people and

Atiqullah Ahmadzai | Projects and Service
Delivery Manager
With over 10 years experience in the ICT industry, Ahmadzai has
built an excellent reputation for ICT project management and
service delivery across small to medium businesses and large
government organizations alike, these include the Ministry Of ,
Interior, Defense and several Universities and Government
Authorities.
His experience enables our customers to receive the very best
service and value for money by ensuring their use of technology
is aligned with their business objectives. Ahmadzai holds
certifications in Engineering and ICT Service Management as

Ahmad Rabi Ahmadi | Executive Director-Strategy
Ahmadi is Highly experienced Operations/Project Management Leader

operations in the Afghanistan. A natural selection for the management of

Mohammad Akbar Nyazi | Client Executive & Chief
Finance Officer
With more than 10 years in the ICT industry, Nyazi brings a
wealth of experience and skills to AVI. Having undertaken a
variety of roles including project management, pre and post
sales, business development and client relationship, Nyazi
delivers a balanced view of customer ICT requirements. His focus
is on the business benefits that technology can provide rather

Mr. Nyazi is has Bachelor degree in business administration in

With over Seven years’ experience implementing , managing and

and global enterprises, Etibar is highly experienced in
Procurement and Logistics consultant with a focus and
