Education Verification - iCrederity will reach out to the authorized verification authority of the university such as Controller of examinations, Registrar, Principal, etc to validate the mark- sheets/certificates of the alumni as submitted to us. This involves a fee which is passed on to the client. Presently the process of education verification is both online and offline. Employment Check can be done verbally also which is followed up by a pro-active email or letter. Employment Check - iCrederity will reach out to the HR department of the particular company where the candidate has worked and authenticate the relieving letter/service letter/experience letter. Further to the authentication, iCrederity attempts to out on record certain following details as per the following section. - 6. Court Record Check- iCrederity has paid subscription to two renowned Court Judgement databases: Westlaw & Thomson Reuters These cover judgements of the institutions as per the following section. The candidate name is run through the database and matched against differentiators such as date of birth, father’s name and address. Global Database Check- iCrederity has paid subscription to one of the world’s most comprehensive database of Fraud & Criminal records. Its an amalgamation of more than 400 databases from India and across the world, some of which are listed in the following section. This also includes an extremely useful feature called as the Adverse media report. The candidate name is run through the databases and matched against differentiators such as date of birth, father’s name and address. Identity Document Check-iCrederity validates the genuinity of Indian identity documents such as Passport, Pan card and Aadhar Card. Further more driving license and voter identity cards can be validated, but in most cases, it can be done verbally.

Client and iCrederity has to enter into an agreement before commencing work For any verifications requested in retail mode, up-front payment has to be made. 30 Day Payment terms. iCrederity is registered as a MSME under MSME development Act, 2006. Under the provisions of the act, payments need to be made within 45 days of receiving the invoice. All Verifications shall be delivered electronically to the client. The pricing is valid for 30 days from receipt. A value added benefit can be provided for the Criminal Court Record Check in the form of a lawyer’s letter at an additional charge.
