As a 15+ years of experience project manager, I am very comfortable and used to quickly adapting myself to an ever-changing project and priority environment. Throughout my over 15 years of project management experience, I have utilized my full project lifecycle project management disciplines from project kick-off, building business requirements, development and management of project schedule and task management, cross-functional team leadership, budget management, senior communications, testing and implementation, through project closure. I am a dedicated and passionate employee, who is a strong advocate of "team dynamics", both as a leader and a member, where everyone brings unique insights, skill sets, and experiences to "our" success. I bring a very positive and motivational customer service orientation and drive, and a very positive team leadership managerial experience, where I lead teams as part of our team.
