How to Download
Dropbox?

Go to www.dropbox.com

Click download dropbox

Your Dropbox download
should automatically start
within seconds.

If it doesn't,
restart the download.

is complete,

Enter your email address

Create and enter your
password

Check box that says “I agree

How to add or
upload files / photos?

Drop your files in your Dropbox

How to do it?

Move your files into your
Dropbox

by dragging and
dropping them into your
Dropbox folder.

Example, drag the Photo Booth
to DropBox website

Output : The folder
“Photobooth” is in the list.

Sign in to the Dropbox website
www.dropbox.com

Enter your Password

Click “Sign In”

Click the Upload button from
very top of the window.

A window will appear
like this

Click the ”Choose File” button

and then select the file on
your computer

that you'd like to add to
your Dropbox.

Then Click “Open”

Add many files as you
want by

Clicking “Add more files”
button

Your files will start
uploading,

and you'll be shown
a progress indicator.

Each file you upload
through the website must
be

10 GB or less.

How to Share Files
Folders?

Dropbox offers easy ways to
share files or folders.

Two ways to share files /
folders

First, “ I’d like to create
and share a new folder”

Second, “ I’d like to share
an exisiting file / folder.”

How to do it? – First way

Click “ I’d like to create and
share a new folder”

Then click “Next”

Type the name of the folder
on the box

Click “Next”

Type person/s email address on
the box “invite members”

Lastly, click “share folder”

How to do it? – Second way

Click “ I’d like to share an
existing folder”

Then click “Next”

Choose on the existing files
you want to share

Click “Next”

Type person/s email address
on the box “invite members”

Lastly, click “share folder”

How to
Delete a file/s using
the Dropbox website?

Sign in to the Dropbox
website

Enter your Password

Click “Sign In”

Click this icon “…”

to the right of the file's name to
select it.

Clicking on the file name
or icon

will open the file
as a preview.

Click ”Delete” from the action
bar

across the top of the file
browser.

A Confirmation message
appear like this:

Click “Delete” if you want files
permanently be deleted

Or click “Cancel” if you don’t
want to delete file/s

How to see or check
Deleted Files?

Inside the Dropbox
Website?

Click “Trash” icon

The “Trash” icon will look like
this:

and you will see all the
files that was deleted

Like this:

Deleted files can also
be ”Permanently” deleted
from your Dropbox.

How to do it via
Dropbox website?

Follow this steps:

From the file browser,

Click the trash can icon to
show deleted files.

The browser will appear like
this:

Any files that appear in gray
were previously deleted

and can still be either restore
or permanently deleted.

Once you find the file or
folder

you’d like to permanently
delete, select the file

and click ”Permanently delete”
from the action bar

at the top of the file browser
as shown below:

Please be careful!

You will never be able to
recover a

“Permanently deleted
file”!

How to Create a Photo
Album inside
the Dropbox website?

Albums are the easiest way
to organize and

share a bunch of photos and
videos in your Dropbox.

Once you create an album,
you can share it with

 friends
 family
colleagues

Eventhough if they don't have
a Dropbox account.

Two ways how to do it…..

A. Create an album on your
Photos page

Steps:

1. Click on ”Photos” in the
sidebar on the left.

2. Click on the photos you
want to

be part of the album.

A blue border and checkmark
will appear on each selection.

3. In the blue bar across the
top of the page,

Click the icon “…”

4. Select the ” Add to album”

5. Click Create new album in
the pop-up window

6. Lastly, enter the “Album
name”

B. Create an album from a
folder of pictures

Steps:
1. Find the folder you want to
create an album.

2. Click the icon “…”

3. Select “Create album”

4. Select Pictures

A blue border and checkmark
will appear on each selection.

5. Click the icon “…”

6. Then Click “add to album”

7. Choose “Create new
album”

8. Press “enter” button on
the keyboard

Your new album will appear
instantly on your Photos
page.

and have the same name as
the folder.
