Inside
out We’d like to introduce ourselves and
share a bit about us. Who knows? If you
like what you see, we may end up
working together someday.
We’re a management consultancy
working with clients in banking and
financial services. That’s it, nowhere else.
Our portfolio includes a varied and
interesting range of multinational and UK
banks, smaller banks, insurance firms and
payment and card companies.
Across our team, we have deep domain
knowledge in Capital Markets, Retail and
Corporate Banking, Risk and Finance.
We help clients to define and deliver
large scale business and technology
change initiatives, in response to a
shifting regulatory landscape or to
improve their business performance.
Recently, we have helped clients to
deliver solutions related to Operational
and Conduct Risk, Enterprise Stress
Testing, Payments and Cards
Transformation and Transaction
Reporting, to name but a few.
