- 9. Meal Break Features • Ability to auto deduct lunch on a one time basis or on a repetitive basis • Ability to set lunch into monitor mode for compliance checking • Create other meal breaks to allocate or append hours to specific rate types for the employees hours worked EPAYsystems.com 9
- 11. Meal Break Compliance • Ensure employees are taking correct meal breaks • Monitor mode monitors employees lunches to ensure they are being taken correctly. • Alert manager when employee has taken: o No Lunch o Late Lunch o Short Lunch o Long Lunch EPAYsystems.com 11

Scheduling Enhancement • Introduction of Qualifications o Employees will be filtered based off of their qualifications o Qualifications are assigned to employees • Scheduling interface has changed o Employee assignment tab has been changed with a pop- up o Can create templates that can be used to copy schedules o Copy schedules across multiple weeks o Ability to remove and reassign employees via Employee Schedules tab • New Schedule Tracker o Used to overlay employees in/out status over a calendar view o Also allows manager to make edits to the schedule from this view EPAYsystems.com 19
