■ Organization skill at creating, acquiring and transferring knowledge.
■ Place where people expand their capacity to create the results that they desire.
■ Modifying its behavior to reflect new knowledge and insights.

■ Meaning
– Must be actionable and must be easy to supply.
■ Management
– Need clear guidelines for practice
– Need to have ambition to achieve goals
■ Measurement
– Need tools for assessing organization rate
– Level of learning to ensure achievement have been achieved.

Learning Management Skill
■ Systematic Problem-Solving:
– Relies on philosophy and methods of quality movement
– Based on data
– Uses different types of statistical tools to organize data and to generate ideas
■ Experimentation with new approaches :
– Searching and testing new knowledge.
– There are two main forms
■ On going programs:
■ One-of-a kind demonstration projects.

– Need to review all the failures and success for the past records.
– To implement new methods to solve the problem.
■ Learning from others
– Analyzing others work to gain new perspective.
– Benchmarking is one way of gaining an outside perspective.

– Knowledge need to be spread quickly and in effective way all over the organization.
– Knowledge can be share through any mechanisms like:
■ Providing training and education programs
■ Visiting different sites
■ Through written, oral and visual report.
