                      --reasoning for the rating tactic?

                                     5 down to 1
                      --if more then four, we pick from hat
                           --start with one that has most

Criteria
                               --solves a problem
                           --uses learnings from class
                          --doable (almost) in 5 weeks
                      --being chosen does not affect grade
                                 for assignment

Process
                      1. Problem ID/objectives
                      --prepare strategy, tactics, community
                      2. Create/develop executional support program
                      --how will you generate awareness, gather community, find alliances,
                      what are creative elements?, make them
                      3. Determine metrics for success
                      --what are they, success/failure, what lessons will you learn, what is
                      applicability to profession/job and life
                      4. Make it happen
                      --can you execute the outcome before the end of the
                      semester, or is this just an exercise?
