Demonstrate how to:
   – Prepare Energy Assurance Plans or
   – Incorporate energy assurance in other planning efforts
       General Plans, Hazard Mitigation Plans, Emergency Operations
        Plans, Climate Action Plans, COOP/COG
Present new and evolving energy technologies
Awareness of dependencies/interdependencies
Building public and private partnerships to address
 energy concerns
Focus on effects rather than cause; all hazards
 approach
