- 2. FAILURE What does it mean? In layman’s language the thing planned did not happened to us OR We can say that our try of doing particular thing did not work as per our expectations.
- 3. WHY ONE SHOULD LEARN FROM FAILURE? Because we don’t want to fail again We have fear of failure so, if we think positively we should learn from failure to increase chances of success. Nothing can guarantee our success. By not afraiding of failure we should concentrate on every try that had failed and try to learn from that.
- 4. WHY DO WE FAIL? Lack of planning Concentration Demotivation Stress Anxiety Result (fear of failure or success)
- 5. MISTAKES Whatever the reason is it will be termed as your own mistakes ,you can’t give an excuse. You will have to accept this as your own mistake , which will lead you to failure... Mistakes happen in business all the time,but most people have a powerful motivation to try to cover up their errors as much as possible, However they will not recognize and learn from failure, it might be dangerous as the next failure can be greater than the past one....

In recent special issue in Harvard Business Review on failures , experts argued that learning from mistakes relies on several strategies which includes: High pressure Recognizing that failure is not always bad Understand and address the root cause of failure Reward owning up(i.e. About admitting your mistakes. Don’t be defensive about it)
