Career Roles
Remember that Agile is like Pure Oxygen!
It is light-weight and is not prescriptive.
So, it has to be adapted to the
organization!
Before you think of career roles in the
evolving agile space, you will have to also
know what you want to do!

Questions
 I am a Project Manager now. Should I become a Scrum Master?
 I am a Business Analyst now. Should I become Product Owner?
 I am an Architect. My manager made me a Technical Product
Owner? What should I do?
 I am a Project Manager or enter Project Management. But, agile
says no Project Manager role. I am confused about my role.
 I am a tester. But, I don’t have programming background. What’s
my future in agile?
 I am an account manager. Agile says Product Owner is the voice
of customer. But, I don’t want to be responsible for product.
