Editor's Notes

  • #3: Long boring version… WARNING: Yawning is highly possible (and allowed) :D   1. FUN: If I’m not learning or finding value through Action Teams throughout my 4 months of team period, I stop immediately. 2. FOLLOW: If I am passionate about contributing, discussing, giving continuous feedback/help to my fellow team members, automatically I won’t need constant reminders. Of course, I might have sudden exams or other mishaps and in that case I will pre-inform my team as much as possible. Any completed task in Action Team is hence, only a product of extreme intrinsic motivation, desire & passion . 3. FOCUSSED: To avoid confusion/multi-tasking/influx of information, I will keep all communication & discussions streamlined through one channel – Forums (Schedule as overview) – with minimal use of other channels (emails/facebook/phone/skype, etc) to convey the same & repeated messages. 4. FEEDBACK: There are nothing compulsory, no rules, no hand-me-down instructions in C:F Action Teams. I will speak only my mind with tact & politeness, and this will add to the diversity of thoughts and expose me to differing opinions amidst my Action Team. Everything is evolving , including the above 3 Action Team Code explanations!
