This chapter discusses how to effectively deliver a speech through nonverbal communication, methods of delivery, vocal delivery, and physical delivery. It emphasizes that nonverbal messages and body language can be as important as the spoken words. It also explains the different methods of delivery such as impromptu, memory, manuscript, and extemporaneous speaking. Additionally, it covers vocal elements like rate, pause, volume, and pitch as well as physical elements including appearance, posture, facial expressions, eye contact, movement, and gestures that speakers should be aware of when delivering a speech.
