Throughout my 20-year career in Silicon Valley, working in engineering leadership
roles at companies like Cisco, Sybase, IBM Research, Oracle, Pure Digital (maker of
the Flip Camcorder), and Sourcebits, I outsourced lots of work to consulting
companies in the US and India. Based on this experience, I founded
CognitiveClouds to fill a missing gap I saw in the software consulting services
market, bringing the tools, processes, and professionalism of Silicon Valley to India.
We have instilled a rigorous entrepreneurial spirit in many individuals to look at
customer solutions innovatively and find solutions to problems that can potentially
grow to be demostrable industry solutions. With the cost advantage of Indian
developers, we’ve built a profitable business capable of growing 4x in the coming
year.

  • 2. 2 P R A S A N N A G O P I N AT H C E O & F O U N D E R S I L I C O N V A L L E Y D N A Throughout my 20-year career in Silicon Valley, working in engineering leadership roles at companies like Cisco, Sybase, IBM Research, Oracle, Pure Digital (maker of the Flip Camcorder), and Sourcebits, I outsourced lots of work to consulting companies in the US and India. Based on this experience, I founded CognitiveClouds to fill a missing gap I saw in the software consulting services market, bringing the tools, processes, and professionalism of Silicon Valley to India. We have instilled a rigorous entrepreneurial spirit in many individuals to look at customer solutions innovatively and find solutions to problems that can potentially grow to be demostrable industry solutions.
