This document describes the design and implementation of a colour sorting machine using an Arduino microcontroller. It discusses existing colour sorting methods and their disadvantages. The objective of this project is to design a low-cost and accurate colour sorting machine for food industry applications. The proposed method uses a TCS230 colour sensor to detect the colour of an object and a servo motor to separate objects by colour. The Arduino reads the sensor input and controls the servo motor movement. The colour sorting machine is expected to save time and increase production efficiency compared to traditional sorting methods.
