ChapterThree:InstallationandCommission 3.1OpenPackageInspection Thefielddevicesneedtoinspectbeforeinstallation. 3.1.1ComponentsInspection Checkwhetherthepackinglistofcontroldevicesmatchestheengineeringcomponentsoftheprojectornot. Openpackingboxesandcheckthecontentsbasedonthepackinglist,whichincludesInstallationManualand keys of the control panel. Then make the necessary checks of the appearance of the control panel. If there is somethingnotmatchingtherequirements,pleaseconnectwithaftersalesdepartmentofourcompany. 3.1.2InternalComponentsandCablingInspection Checkwhethertheconnectionsofinternalcomponentsarecorrectornot.Ifthereissomethinglikeconnecting cables off, or something not matching with manuals or unclear signals, please connect with aftersales departmentofourcompany. 3.2Installationconditions Dimension(L×W×H):320mm×120mm×400mm AmbientTemperature:0℃～+40℃ RelativeHumidity:≤95%,non-condensing Structure:Wall-mounted 3.3StartChecking Afterinstallation,thecontrolpanelshouldbepoweredonforstartchecking.Checkingpointsareatbelow. ●WhetherLCDscreenandLEDsworknormallyornot. ●Self-test operation. Check whether LEDs can all be illuminated and loudspeakers can alarm three times loudlyandcontinuously. ●Inmonitoringstatus,checkwhetherthereisanyfaultofpowersupply,whetherkeypadcanbewellusedor not,whetherprintercanoperatenormallyornot. ●Anythingabnormalisfoundinthosechecks,pleaseconnectaftersalesdepartmentofourcompany. 3.4OutsideDeviceInspection 3.4.1OutsideCablingInspection Checktheloopconnectedwiththecontrolpanel.Measureinsulationresistancesbetweentheloopandearth, whichshallbegreaterthan20MΩ(usinginsulationmetertomeasure).Theloadofloopsshallbegreaterthan 70kΩ(usingresistancegradeofmulti-metertomeasure). 3.4.2DevicesInspection Inspecttheinstallationoffacilitiesmatchingthedesignrequirementornot.Eliminateallfaultsandprepareto connectwiththesystem. PartThree:SystemApplication ChapterFour:UserManual 4.1Start,ShutdownandSelf-test Aftercommission,userscanoperateasbelow: ●Powerontherelativedevices. ● Turn on the switches of the power and the batteryofcontrolpanel. The system will begin to initialize after the operationsmentionedahead(refertoFig4-1).When the initialization complicated, the system works in monitoringstatus.Press“ Self-test” onthekeypadof co n t ro l pa n e l a n d t h e s y ste m sta r t to te st automatically. Shutdown is to close switches one by one as an oppositeorderofstarting.Pleasenoticethattheswitchofbatterymustbeturnedoff,otherwiseitwilldamagethe battery. 4.2Preparationbeforekeypadoperation 4.2.1Orderandcharacterfunctionofkeypad Mostofkeypadsaredual-functionwiththeorderfunctioninthebottomhalfandthecharacterfunctioninthe upper half. Order keys can only work under monitoring and most of order keys are limited by operation level. Characterkeysareonlyavailableinthemenu. 4.2.2Datainput Thescreenwillremindyoutoinputtheaddressandtherangeofthedateneeded.Afterprogrammingablock ofdata,press“ Enter” tosavealltheinputteddata.Press“ Cancel” toexitfromthecurrentprogrammingstatus andsavenothing. 4.2.3Queryinformation Press “ Query” toquerythemenu.Pressthenumerickeypadtoentertherelativeinformation. Underthedisplaystate,press “ ▲” , “ ▼” toscrollitembyitem.Press “ Cancel” togobacktothelastoperation menuortothenormalworkingmenuofthesystem. 4.3OperationLevel The control panel system is divided into three operation levels:“ Level Ⅰ” ,“ Level Ⅱ” and“ Level Ⅲ” . The default setting of the control panel is“Level Ⅰ” . Meanwhile“Mute” ,“Query” and“Setup Query” are in operational status. The status showing at the bottom of LCD displays“ Operation Level: Level Ⅰ” . Operations available for Ⅱ Level are“ User setup” ,“ Self-test” ,“ Reset” ,“ Disable” ,“ Enable” and“ Linkage” . Then press“ 1” into“ 1.System info.” as Fig4-3 showing. This LCD displayshowsthevarietiesandamountsofalldevices. Thisinterfaceshowsthesumofregistereddevicedots, loop current value and the reference voltage, which displayswhetherthesystemisrunningnormallyornot.In thedisplayofFig4-3,press“ F1” intotheinterfaceofloop device information to query the information of device. - 11. 4.5Informationdisplayandrecord 4.5.1Informationdisplay Thesystemcandisplayanykindinformationofalarming,starting,faultsanddisable.Ifmorethanonekind informationtransformedatthesametime,thepriorityshowsasthepriorityofalarmingfaultstartingdisable. “Test” canhelptoswitchbetweeninterfaces. 4.5.2Queryhistorylog Press “ Menu” intomainmenuandchoose “ 3” toentertheinterfaceofhistorylog.RefertoFig4-5. Thesystemcandisplayhistorylogoffireandeverylogincludestime,loop,addressandremarkinformation. 4.6Mute Whenfiresorfaultshappen,theloudspeakersofcontrolpanelwillbuzz.Press “ Mute” tosilenceloudspeakers and extinguish the flash of indicators. If another new alarm happens, the mute indicator will flash and loudspeakerswillalarmagain. 4.7Alarmandtroubleshooting 4.7.1Troubleshooting Faultsaredividedintotwotypes,oneiscontrolsystemfaults,likefaultsofmainpower,backupbatteryor loops. The other is faults of devices in field, like faults of detectors. When faults happen, “Mute” can stop loudspeakers. Ifthemainpowerisoutofpower,backupbatteriescansupplytherunningpower.Pleasenoticethatthetotal timeofbackupbatteriesshouldnotbeover1.5h.Ifover1.5H,theswitchesshouldbeturnedoff(includingbackup switch)toprotectbatteries. If faults happen, devices must accept maintenance without delay. If shutdown is necessary, please keep record.
