●Mainpowerfault:Yellow.Itilluminates,whenAC220Vpowerisdamagedorpoweroff.Itgoesoutwhenmain
powersourceoperatesnormally,.
●Batteryfault:Yellow.Whenthestandbypowersourceisintrouble,thelightilluminates.Whenitoperates

●Disable: Yellow. When outside devices (detectors) are in trouble, they will be disabled. After fixing or

2.3.1IntroductionoftheInternalConstruction
The control box is the heat of control panel, consisting of three parts: main board, loop board and power
supply.

Thefielddevicesneedtoinspectbeforeinstallation.
3.1.1ComponentsInspection
Checkwhetherthepackinglistofcontroldevicesmatchestheengineeringcomponentsoftheprojectornot.
Openpackingboxesandcheckthecontentsbasedonthepackinglist,whichincludesInstallationManualand
keys of the control panel. Then make the necessary checks of the appearance of the control panel. If there is
somethingnotmatchingtherequirements,pleaseconnectwithaftersalesdepartmentofourcompany.
3.1.2InternalComponentsandCablingInspection
Checkwhethertheconnectionsofinternalcomponentsarecorrectornot.Ifthereissomethinglikeconnecting
cables off, or something not matching with manuals or unclear signals, please connect with aftersales
departmentofourcompany.
3.2Installationconditions

Afterinstallation,thecontrolpanelshouldbepoweredonforstartchecking.Checkingpointsareatbelow.
●WhetherLCDscreenandLEDsworknormallyornot.
●Self-test operation. Check whether LEDs can all be illuminated and loudspeakers can alarm three times
loudlyandcontinuously.
●Inmonitoringstatus,checkwhetherthereisanyfaultofpowersupply,whetherkeypadcanbewellusedor
not,whetherprintercanoperatenormallyornot.
●Anythingabnormalisfoundinthosechecks,pleaseconnectaftersalesdepartmentofourcompany.
3.4OutsideDeviceInspection
3.4.1OutsideCablingInspection
Checktheloopconnectedwiththecontrolpanel.Measureinsulationresistancesbetweentheloopandearth,
whichshallbegreaterthan20MΩ(usinginsulationmetertomeasure).Theloadofloopsshallbegreaterthan
70kΩ(usingresistancegradeofmulti-metertomeasure).
3.4.2DevicesInspection
Inspecttheinstallationoffacilitiesmatchingthedesignrequirementornot.Eliminateallfaultsandprepareto
connectwiththesystem.

Ifallthetestsareuptothestandardaftertheinspectionofoutsidefacilities,pleaseconnectthesefacilitiesto
thecontrollerreferringtoChaptertwo.
3.6Commission
3.6.1Cabling,testingloopsandinsulationresistances
Theresistanceofaloopshouldbetestedaftershutdownwhetheritisgreaterthan50KΩ(full-loadloop)more
orless.Theinsulationresistancevaluebetweenloopsandtheearthshouldbemeasuredwhetheritisgreater
than20Mornot.(Twolooplinesmustbeparalleledbeforemeasurement,otherwiseitwilldamagedeviceson
loop.)
3.6.2Installthedetectorbaseandwiring
3.6.3Addressdetectorsandfixthemonthebases
3.6.4Registercomponentsofloopsandensuretheregistrationisaccurate.Ifmassregistrationislost,thefirstis
tocheckisolatorsoflinkagepowerandloopisolatorofeachfloor.Second,checkrespectiveequipment.Then
registryoncemoreandensureallhavebeenrecorded.
3.6.5Programmingonfieldistoinputnotes.
3.6.6Testingthealarmofdetectorsistoinspectwhetherremarksproperlydescribingthefieldstate.

  The system will begin to initialize after the

the initialization complicated, the system works in
monitoringstatus.Press“

Shutdown is to close switches one by one as an

Mostofkeypadsaredual-functionwiththeorderfunctioninthebottomhalfandthecharacterfunctioninthe

4.7.1Troubleshooting
Faultsaredividedintotwotypes,oneiscontrolsystemfaults,likefaultsofmainpower,backupbatteryor
loops. The other is faults of devices in field, like faults of detectors. When faults happen,

loudspeakers.
Ifthemainpowerisoutofpower,backupbatteriescansupplytherunningpower.Pleasenoticethatthetotal
timeofbackupbatteriesshouldnotbeover1.5h.Ifover1.5H,theswitchesshouldbeturnedoff(includingbackup
switch)toprotectbatteries.
  If faults happen, devices must accept maintenance without delay. If shutdown is necessary, please keep
record.
Ifdevicesonthefieldfailtowork,theymustacceptmaintenancewithoutdelay.Iffaultscannotbecleared
immediatelybecauseofsomespecialreasons,thisdeviceshouldbeisolatedbytheisolationfunction.Afterthe
troubleshooting,cancelisolationandresetthedevice.
