This document discusses a study on the computer self-efficacy of D.Ed. student teachers in rural areas of Jalgaon district, India. An ICT-based blended learning model is developed for D.Ed. colleges. The study uses a computer self-efficacy scale and analyzes data on computer knowledge, access, and self-efficacy levels.
