- 3. สถานการณ์ปัญหา(Problem-based learning) โรงเรียนบ้านหนองใหญ่ได้รับการบริจาคห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ใหม่ หลังจากที่ได้มี โครงการผ้ า ป่า ซื้อคอมพิ วเตอร์ ให้กับ โรงเรี ยน ซึ่ง ผอ.โรงเรี ยนจึงได้ มีนโยบายให้ครู ทุก ระดับชั้นพัฒนาสื่อการสอนโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือหากใครที่ยังไม่สามารถสร้างเองได้ก็ให้ บู ร ณาการคอมพิ ว เตอร์ ใ นการเรี ย นการสอน และเปิ ด ช่ ว งเวลาให้ นั ก เรี ย นเข้ า มาใช้ คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ ผลจากการประเมินการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของโรงเรียนในปีที่ผ่านมาพบว่า ครู พัฒนาสื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ในลักษณะที่เป็นเครื่องมือในการถ่ายทอดและนาเสนอเนื้อหาการ เรียนการสอนโดยตรงไปยังผู้เรียน โดยในบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์มีการทดสอบ การนาเสนอ เนื้อหา การทดสอบหลั งเรี ยน บทบาทผู้ เรี ยนก็ ยังเป็นเพี ยงแค่ก ารท่องจาเนื้อหา ซึ่งไม่ ส่งเสริมกระบวนการคิด ปัญหาอีกประการที่พบคือ เมื่อครูจัดกิจกรรมให้ผู้เรียนเข้าไปใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ก็ มักจะใช้เพื่อเล่นเกม ดูหนัง สนทนาออนไลน์ และ Social media โดยเฉพาะ face book ซึ่งไม่ได้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นเครื่องมือในการแสวงหาและสร้าง การเรียนรู้ของตนเอง
