This document provides instructions for generating connection reports from a game to send to customer support. It instructs the user to pause their game, go to the advance menu and data logs, copy and paste the log to a text file, generate a traceroute report, include their name, location, ISP, and connection settings in a support ticket, and reconnect to auto-select a server and provide that information.

- 3. Go to our Advance Menu Connection Reporting
- 4. Go to “Data Logs” and click the clipboard symbol. Connection Reporting
- 5. Paste the (Ctrl + V) to a WordPad Document and save it. Connection Reporting
- 6. Go to Traceroute and click “Create Report” Connection Reporting
- 7. Now you will have two (2) reports: Datalog Traceroute Report Please send those files to us Connection Reporting
- 8. Now you are ready to send a ticket. Please include: • Name • WTFast version • city & country • Internet Service Provider (ISP) (Optional) • Network connection: Auto or Manual • Try Auto and send us the Active server Show me how • Submit your ticket Connection Reporting
