Change You Want

• You created the kind of motivation
that will be your propulsion system to
make the change.
• You created the right frames of mind
and meanings to make the change
you want real.
• Now, it‟s time to take meaningful
action, focus on the right details, and
implement and actual-ize the
change.

There must

To get to the right details, you
need to create:
A specific action plan based
to create the change
A plan designed to win the
„inner‟ and „outer‟ game of
change
• What do you need to do?
• What are the steps and actions you
need to take?
– What else?
– Is it realistic?
• When do you need to do it? How
often?
• How are you going to do it?
• How will you keep track of my results?
• How are you going to build
accountability into my plan so you do
what you say you will do?

• What skills and resources do you need
to use or build to make the change
happen?
Now, take a step back and ask
yourself:

What do you believe about it now?
What do you think about it now?
What do you feel about it now?
What changes do you need to make
to win the “inner game” and “outer
game”?
What am you going to do first to start
the process of change?
Now, take action!

does not and make changes on the fly
based on the feedback you receive.
• Get good answers to these questions to
win the “inner game” (your
beliefs, values, attitudes, meanings, and
self-talk) and win the “outer game” of
doing the behaviors and producing the
