- 3. Emerging Technologies – definition In 1944 this was an emerging technology. A few years ago so was this. Now we have wireless game consoles that help us keep fit and we are able to be in constant contact with family, friends and co-workers all the time from any (almost) location. From the Luddites to Twitter.
- 4. Successful adoption A shift in consumer perception and action toward ease of use rather than need to use. Works best when the customer need, product capability, price point and business model are in sync, for us Internet Banking is one of the best examples of this. Must be extensible and change with customer needs and behaviours.
