- 2. Create a Listing Page
- 3. Business name = Property Address Address = YOUR business address
- 4. Add a short description Web address is your agent website
- 5. Upload a vertical or square picture (iconic)
- 6. Add your Cover Photo. A long horizontal picture, probably of the exterior.
- 7. It’s a Page. Now you need to add content…
- 8. “Create Photo Album” (NOT Upload Photos)
- 9. Select photos from your hard drive for photo gallery
- 10. Property Address = Album Title Description should include a call to action.
- 11. Each picture’s caption should contain your call to action with the address of your website Type it once, then cut and paste it to each caption. Then click “Post”

- 15. Search for your property address in Google, then click MAP at top of page. Now Cut and Paste the address at top into a facebook post

- 17. Goose the listing Keep the listing on followers’ feeds by highlighting top features. In facebook, twice per month max. More is spammy. Less and they’ll forget.
