This document discusses the use of Liberating Structures to create effective meetings that build connections. It provides an example of an Impromptu Networking structure where participants rapidly share challenges and expectations by answering questions in pairs for 3 minutes each round over 3 rounds. It also discusses Wicked Questions, which articulate paradoxical challenges a group must confront. Other structures discussed include developing Minimum Viable Principles to guide effective meetings and reflecting on next steps.
