 The process of researching and creating your own content from
scratch, based on your chosen topic, and presenting this to your
learner as a unified, contained course (Gorton, 2018).

Screencast-o-matic:
Video Record Your Presentation
1. Open a PowerPoint slide of your choice
2. Go to https://screencast-o-matic.com/
3. Click Start recording for free button
4. Click Launch Recorder
5. You may choose either Screen, Webcam or Both. The dotted lines
indicate the area that you want to record.
6. Click the Rec button to begin recording.
7. Start presenting after the countdown.
8. If you have done recording, click the Pause button and click Done.
9. Click Save/Upload to save the recording.

Screencast-o-matic: Save Your Video
 Save As Video File, the file will be saved to the computer’s hard
drive. User specify the folder to save the video to and the name of
the file. [Take note of the folder of the video]
 The Upload to Screencast-O-Matic option saves the video to
Screencast-O-Matic
 Upload to YouTube option upload the video file to YouTube given
that you have a YouTube account.
Save the file to your into your desktop, do the
following
1.Click Save as Video File
2.Click Filename to choose a filename for your video file
3.Click Folder to choose the folder to save the file

Duration: 20 mins
Objective: Participant can create a video record presentation
using Screencast-o-matic
Instruction:
1. Select a PowerPoint presentation of your choice.
2. Video record the first topic of the lecture notes.
3. The duration of the video should not be more than 5
minutes.

 Content curation is the process of gathering existing
information and filtering through to find the most accurate bits
and sharing them with your learners (Gorton, 2018)

1. Login as a Teacher
2. Add Content
3. Edit Content
4. Assign Content
5. Share Content

Activity
Duration: 30 mins
Objective: Participant is able to share an edited Edpuzzle video to
students.
Instruction:
1. Login to Edpuzzle as a Teacher.
2. Upload the video that you created using Screencast-o-Matic to
Edpuzzle OR add a video from a channel.
3. Edit the video to include at least a question (multiple choice or
open ended), a written note and a voice note.
4. Create an Open classs and assign the video to that class.
5. Embed the video into Ulearn (as practice)
