Brain Storming Technique
 Choose a leader of a group consisting 4 – 6 member
 The leader defines the problem for the group, preferably in
advance of the brainstorming session
 The group suggests solutions to the problem in an
interactive format, following the four rules of
brainstorming:
• No judgments are made about any suggestion
• All ideas, even absurd or impractical ones, are welcome
• Quantity of ideas is a major objective
• Ideas may be combined, refined, and piggybacked

 After 25 – 30’, the group takes a break and then return to
critique the ideas
