- Sign is BIG.
- Door is automatic!
- I don’t get what does the store sell from outside! So if I was looking for a particular product I
may not choose to go inside.
- I don’t see any “open sign”!
-
- You have to get ‘Close’ to door to see the business hours.
-
- High ceiling

- Bright lights

- Very visible signs with big fonts

- Carpet floor
- Sale items are located in the centre isle, with visible sign.

- Color coded signs which go along with the shelves. (very good maping)
Creativity assignment Observation
- Customer are mainly browsing, store is really empty.
- Staff are distinguishable, do not approach for help unless you ask!
- There is no music playing!
- Poor display and visual experience, the one corner of the store is being renovated but its not
    covered!
- Huge sign, with large font! Also the 60% sale sign is visible from distance
- By the name of the store I can tell what does the store may sell, something to do with Home
    furniture!
- Doors are automatic
- No “open sign”!
-
- Similarly you got to walk ‘Close’ to the front door to find out about the business hours
- Walking in the store, high ceiling, bright lights with huge signs of different sections
- First thing you see is a Christmas tree! (seasonal)
- A huge sign showing a “Rug Event” possibly the item on sale! But it is kind of hidden behind
    Christmas tree!
- Items on sale are sitting in front or in the middle of the isle.
- Pricing of sale items are not that visible. In fact in the picture below the actual price is with
bigger font than the sale price!!!
-
- Prices of some of the items are not visible right away. In another words the customer has to lift
the item and read the price tag on the bottom. In this case with fragile glass it is discouraged to
    do so!

- Staff are visible with uniforms
- Customers are mainly browsing.
- Staff do not approach customers regularly.
- No music is playing in the background.
Creativity assignment Observation

- Store hours are not visible!
-
- Store hours are written on the entrance door.

-
- Amazing idea of having a computer simulated Golf screen. It helps customer to try out different
clubs and choose the best using a virtual platform.
-
- Test the gloves! Turns out the gloves are one of the main piece of golfer’s accessory. So let the
customer test the gloves and pick their favorite ones.
- It is interesting a side advertising is in place (on the left) so it shows this is sponsored idea.
