This document discusses CrossMark, a logo maintained by publishers to identify pieces of content and indicate if any updates or corrections have been made. Clicking the CrossMark logo directs readers to a policy page where publishers explain their policies on corrections, retractions, and other changes. It also provides other publication record information like funding sources, conflicts of interest, and more. Participation is optional for any content with a CrossRef DOI, and publishers must maintain their content and metadata to use CrossMark. Over 60,000 articles now include CrossMark to help readers track changes.
